Ranch du Paradis limits the collection and use of personal information to what is reasonably necessary for its operations and guest safety.
Personal information
The public website currently has no customer accounts, online booking form, online payment system or advertising analytics. During a phone reservation or participation in an activity, however, the ranch may collect information reasonably needed to organize the visit and support guest safety.
How information is used
Information may be used to communicate with guests, organize a trail ride, match a rider with a suitable horse, apply safety requirements and manage an incident when necessary.
Data minimization
We aim to request only the information needed for these purposes. Any information about a condition or limitation relevant to safety should be limited to what is necessary to take appropriate measures.
Technical logs
Like most web hosting services, the server may retain technical logs required for security, troubleshooting and operation of the site.
External services
The website may link to external services, including directions. Their use is governed by their own privacy practices.
